The Art Futures Fellowship is a prestigious program located in Athens, Greece, with an additional residency in Zutphen, the Netherlands. The fellowship aims to foster inclusive, socially engaged artistic practices. The program offers two-month residencies in fully equipped studio-apartments in both locations. It is open to artists from all disciplines, providing an immersive experience to create and showcase their work. Selected artists will have opportunities to engage with local contexts and participate in exhibitions, workshops, and symposia. Art Futures prioritizes sustainability and collaboration, facilitated by Research Fellow Georgios Papadopoulos in Athens and Artistic Director Marlise van der Jagt in Zutphen.

Art Number 23, founded in London in 2015, is a collective of international artists that operates in multiple cities across the world. The Historical Center Residency in Athens offers artists a unique opportunity to create in a vibrant and culturally rich environment. The residency includes accommodation with stunning views of the Acropolis, within walking distance of major historical sites such as the Parthenon and Herodium Theater. Artists from all disciplines are welcome, and the residency emphasizes a connection to the history of Athens, with artworks produced during the residency being showcased in the gallery. The program fosters collaboration, cultural exploration, and self-directed creative development. Fees for the residency are all-inclusive, covering accommodation and workspace, with flexible dates for participation.
