MeetFactory's residency is designed to encourage deep engagement with the Central European art scene and includes participation in MeetFactory's vibrant program of exhibitions, performances, and public events. Residents benefit from comprehensive facilities including shared kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, and workshops with technical equipment for wood and metalwork. The residency focuses on fostering international collaborations through strategic partnerships with institutions across Europe, supporting both the professional growth of its artists and the cultural enrichment of the local community.

The Prague City of Literature Residency is a program for foreign writers, translators, poets, and playwrights to live and work in Prague's city center, focusing on projects themed around the city to enhance its literary scene as a UNESCO City of Literature. Residents stay in fully accommodated apartments like the Kafka Residency, participate in local literary events, and provide a text inspired by their stay for promotional use. It offers eight two-month residencies annually, covering accommodation, travel, and a monthly stipend of approximately 15,000 CZK (600 EUR).
