Otvoreni Kulturni Forum in Cetinje, Montenegro, offers artist residencies primarily focused on literary translators and writers, such as a month-long program in under the Translation in Motion project for translators working from Montenegrin to EU languages. Residents are expected to work intensively on translation projects, participate in organizational events, and network with local colleagues. The forum also runs a Writer in Residence Programme in cooperation with TRADUKI.
