Résidence 1+2 is a creative residency program in Toulouse, France, initiated by Philippe Guionie in late , blending photography and sciences to explore contemporary challenges through artistic creation. It features formats like a two-month trio residency with one renowned photographer and two emerging ones, who live together, receive research support from local scientific institutions, and produce works exhibited in a festival with publications and public events. The program promotes dialogue between artists, scientists, and the public, anchored in Toulouse and Occitanie with a European vocation.
