Studio C.A.R.E. in Rotterdam offered an artist residency program called Rotterdam City House Lab, where practitioners explored themes like modularity, reuse, and sustainable design in a collaborative home and studio environment. Past residents, such as designer Géraldine Heller, stayed for periods like 5 weeks to develop projects on topics such as water sustainability. However, no residency program was available in the summer due to a location change, with plans to resume calls in the following spring.
