Name of Residency: Project 14CARTS 14C offers both free and subsidized residencies for artists of all disciplines – short-term project-based residencies and long-term development based residencies.Our 12-month live/work residencies open quarterly, with residencies starting on March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 each year.
