Operated as a living artist residency and workshop venue, the historic stone building hosts workshops in encaustic painting, fresco, monotype printing, landscape painting, clay sculpture, and basket weaving. Accommodation and studio spaces are included. The residency emphasizes atmosphere, conversation, and creative community over polished programming.
