The Riga Circus Residency Program, run by Rīgas cirks in Riga, Latvia, serves as a laboratory for new forms of artistic research and practices, primarily focused on contemporary circus arts, while also welcoming interdisciplinary artists for site-specific projects related to the circus or the city.
