The European Investment Bank Institute's Artists Development Programme (ADP) is a three-month residency for emerging European visual artists under 35, offering mentorship from renowned artists, studio space, and production support. Participants spend two months at Cité internationale des arts in Paris (September-October) and one month at neimënster in Luxembourg (November), with all travel costs covered and a daily allowance provided.
