Since its inauguration in 2004, neimënster has welcomed nearly 12.000 artists in its accommodation and creation spaces. Each year about 800 artists are able to benefit from the accommodations that have been put to their use for free or at a very affordable rate. The European Investment Bank Institute's Artists Development Programme (ADP) is a three-month residency for emerging European visual artists under 35, offering mentorship from renowned artists, studio space, and production support. Participants spend two months at Cité internationale des arts in Paris (September-October) and one month at neimënster in Luxembourg (November), with all travel costs covered and a daily allowance provided.
